Shareholder Dan Hasson prevailed in the Warm Springs Tribal Court of Appeals, obtaining a reversal of a trial court judgment against the firm’s client, a federally-recognized Indian Tribe, in a wrongful termination claim brought by a former tribal employee. In obtaining the favorable ruling, Dan successfully argued to the court that the trial court had erred in finding a wrongful termination and that the trial court had exceeded its authority in awarding attorney fees in favor of the employee.
