Davis Rothwell Earle & Xóchihua P.C. congratulates attorney James Mullins on receiving the Washington Defense Trial Lawyers’ 2022 Outstanding Litigation Associate Award.  James received his award at the WDTL Annual Judicial Reception and Award Ceremony, on October 18th, 2022, alongside his colleagues from the DREX Seattle office, as well as attorneys, judges, and former judges from throughout Western Washington.  The Outstanding Litigation Associate Award is given each year to a Washington associate attorney who not only practices supreme advocacy but also promotes the highest professional and ethical standards.

The Firm is thrilled to see James receive this this well-deserved award from his peers in the defense community. James is routinely recognized, throughout the firm, by his clients and adjusters, and by opposing counsel and judges, for his follow-through, his written advocacy, and his efforts to promote efficient case resolution.  But even more, James is appreciated and admired for his ability to accomplish this level of advocacy while being kind and courteous to both those he works with and those he works against.  James’s professionalism, tact, congeniality, and intellect are an asset to his clients and an inspiration to his colleagues on both sides of the bar.  The Firm is proud to have this caliber of attorney making up its practice.

Initially gaining his litigation background doing indigent defense work, James now practices civil litigation consisting of personal injury, construction defect claims, boundary line disputes, and products liability matters.
