Mariah joined the firm in 2023 from practice in Montana, and is now excited to call Oregon home. She graduated from the University of Montana Alexander Blewett III School of Law in 2021, where she was an Articles Editor for the Montana Law Review. During law school, Mariah interned as an Access to Justice Tech Fellow for Montana Legal Services Association, helping to develop technological resources to improve access to legal assistance for rural populations. She also interned as the ABA Janet Steiger Consumer Protection Fellow with the Montana Office of Consumer Protection, assisting state regulators on multistate litigation projects and policy proposals. In her third year, she interned in the chambers of the Honorable Donald W. Molloy, Senior United States District Judge of the District of Montana, where she gained substantial research and writing experience on a variety of legal issues.
Prior to joining Davis Rothwell, Mariah practiced at a civil litigation firm in Montana with a focus on intellectual property, construction and real property disputes, commercial and transactional work, employment law, and insurance defense.
In her free time, Mariah enjoys playing video, tabletop, and board games, building computers, skiing, and spending time with her partner and two dogs.
