Davis Rothwell has over 30 years of experience in insurance coverage litigation, including counseling insurers on various aspects of insurance coverage and bad faith. We have a thorough knowledge of policy provisions; common practices in the insurance industry; and the obligations of primary, excess, and reinsurers in dealing with problematic or unusual claims.
Our attorneys have a thorough understanding of the terms and conditions underlying all types of insurance contracts, and are skilled in interpreting policies and analyzing complex coverage issues.
